Famous Lowman Taco Soup

Mitch and I started making this our last semester in college when we were newly-weds. I think I originally got it from Polly. This recipe never fails me.

Taco Soup

1 can yellow corn (drained)
2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can dark kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cans diced tomatoes (don't drain) (fire roasted are good)
1 packet taco seasoning
2 packets dry ranch seasoning
1 cup (or more) of water
*Toppings: chips, cheese, sour cream

I usually combine everything into my crockpot and cook for 6 hours on low. You could easily cook in a pot on the stove. Top with chips, mexican cheese, and sour cream.
